Gigodesign / Partner value

Once a week we talk business over drinks. We build strong coworker relationships (happy monday, birthday, lunches together). We have happy hour every monday @16.00 PM, where we drink prosecco and talk to each other. Our informal culture is that we sometimes dress all in black, come to work late, eat lunch together and have coffee. Thoroughness with work. Casual dress code. Everyone likes black outfits. We dont celebrate success. / We are not afraid of asking questions to understand better. We dont work with troublemakers. Sometimes radical decisions are not ok for business. Priorities in projects are not always in proper order. Our internal design process is not a democracy. / Rescourceful finding a way to solve most problems. We try to solve the problem even if we do not know how to do it. We dont do trendy, mainstream design. / We do not acknowledge design trends nor are we aware of them. We strive to offer out-of-box services/solutions. We are too arrogant sometimes (e.g. its good enough for x client, too sure about our solutions). / No bullshit, no prettiness, only necessary elements. Strict visual idenity (B&W, type focusing). Clear and minimalistic design (B&W). Provocative brand name (selfexplanatory) GIGO = Garbage In, Garbage Out = everybody knows. Presenting info with abstact captions, not photos. We dont and we should send out holiday greetings. We dont use awards and publicity enough (which leads to building the reputation and more clients). We have lack of self promo activities (dead website, low SM engagement of employer, etc.). Presentation of our new products to clients (e.g. Business Genome). As a part of our presales activities, we suggest improvements to our existing clients - in order to maintain the work relationship. Good work = new projects. We sometimes engage with informal activities with clients (networking). Our sales is based on WOM (word of mouth) recommendations. We dont work actively on sales/presales activities. We should attend more festivals to meet/attract new clients. We keep track with actual market situation. We deliver more that the brief asks. We ignore part of the brief if we think its not good for the client. We offer dicounts when necessary. We are being proactive. Focus on upsale to existing clients is more efficient than getting new clients. Our presales/sales is not automated nor defined. We dont have limited number of corrections per project. We have long term benefits for clients in offer. We dont use informal client relationship well enough (gretting, birthday, etc.) Project completion should also include case studies, PR & promo materials. We provide brand management tools (post sales). We try to upsale when possible (long-term project). Lack of evaluation of projects - expert & financial vs time used. We dont have a standardized process for a follow-up meet, but we do talk about it (occasionally). We dont have a follow up process. No plants, no animals allowed. We dont have an office secretary. Our work space is a constant work in progress (details).
